How does it work?
Answer some questions
Answer some questions about yourself, your home, and the problems you’re having. This takes just a few minutes. You’ll also have the chance to upload pictures of the problems.
Send a letter by e-mail
HomeFix will use your answers to write a letter to your landlord that gives them legal notice that they must fix the problem — and a deadline to get it done.
Get and send reminders
After the deadline has passed, you — and your landlord, if you choose — will get reminders by text or email. You’ll also get more information about your options if your landlord hasn’t fixed the problem.
